LOADED ADVENTURE PROTECTION - Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1st September 2026
Loaded Adventure Protection is a voluntary manufacturer protection program offered by Loaded Wheels for eligible Loaded Wheels products sold in Australia.
Loaded Adventure Protection includes:
- 12-Month Off-Road Damage Protection Program
- 3-Year Finish Warranty
- Lifetime Structural Warranty
The benefits provided under Loaded Adventure Protection are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
Loaded Adventure Protection applies only to:
- Genuine Loaded Wheels products.
- Wheels purchased new from an authorised Loaded Wheels dealer within Australia.
- The original retail purchaser.
- Wheels installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, approved applications, load ratings and vehicle fitment requirements.
Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Loaded Wheels reserves the right to request additional documentation reasonably required to assess eligibility.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Unserviceable means a wheel that Loaded Wheels reasonably determines cannot be safely repaired or returned to service in accordance with applicable standards and industry practices.
Recreational Off-Road Use means non-competitive recreational driving on unsealed roads, tracks, trails, beaches and similar off-road terrain. Recreational Off-Road Use does not include racing, competition, commercial operations, mining activities or any use outside the wheel's intended purpose.
3. 12-Month Off-Road Damage Protection Program
Coverage
If an eligible Loaded wheel sustains accidental impact damage during Recreational Off-Road Use within 12 months of the original purchase date and, following assessment by Loaded Wheels, is determined to be Unserviceable, the customer may be eligible for a benefit under this Program.
All claims are subject to assessment, approval and stock availability.
Approved Claims
Where Loaded Wheels determines that an eligible claim has been made, Loaded Wheels may, at its sole discretion:
- supply a replacement wheel of the same model and specification;
- supply a replacement wheel of substantially equivalent specification if the original wheel is unavailable; or
- provide another remedy considered appropriate by Loaded Wheels.
Any replacement wheel supplied under this Program does not restart, renew or extend the original 12-month protection period.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for all associated costs including:
- tyre removal and refitting;
- balancing;
- freight;
- wheel alignment;
- vehicle recovery;
- installation costs; and
- any associated labour charges.
4. Off-Road Damage Protection Exclusions
The 12-Month Off-Road Damage Protection Program does not cover:
- cosmetic damage;
- scratches, scuffs, abrasions, stone chips or surface marks;
- finish or coating damage;
- corrosion or oxidation;
- theft, loss or vandalism;
- fire damage;
- submersion damage;
- road traffic accidents;
- vehicle collisions;
- vehicle rollovers;
- recovery operations;
- racing, rallying, competition or motorsport activities;
- commercial use;
- mining use;
- industrial use;
- agricultural use;
- fleet use;
- deliberate misuse or abuse;
- negligent operation;
- operation beyond the wheel's rated load capacity;
- improper vehicle fitment;
- improper installation;
- incorrect tyre fitment;
- vehicle modifications that place abnormal loads on the wheel;
- mechanical failure of the vehicle;
- continued use after the wheel has sustained damage;
- modified, repaired, welded, machined or refinished wheels; or
- damage resulting from circumstances outside the intended use of the product.
Loaded Wheels may decline any claim where, acting reasonably, it determines the damage resulted from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation or operation outside the intended purpose of the wheel.
5. 3-Year Finish Warranty
Coverage
Loaded Wheels warrants that the original finish applied to the wheel at manufacture will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.
Examples of covered defects may include:
- peeling;
- flaking;
- blistering; or
- manufacturing-related coating failures.
Coverage applies only under normal use and maintenance.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- stone chips;
- scratches;
- kerb damage;
- impact damage;
- corrosion caused by environmental conditions;
- coastal exposure;
- road salts;
- chemical damage;
- improper cleaning;
- harsh cleaning products;
- neglect;
- normal wear and tear; or
- damage resulting from improper maintenance.
6. Lifetime Structural Warranty
Coverage
Loaded Wheels warrants to the original retail purchaser that the wheel will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the service life of the wheel.
If Loaded Wheels determines that a wheel contains a manufacturing defect, Loaded Wheels may, at its discretion:
- repair the wheel;
- replace the wheel; or
- provide another appropriate remedy.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- impact damage;
- accident damage;
- off-road damage not otherwise covered under Section 3;
- overloading;
- incorrect fitment;
- improper installation;
- competition use;
- abuse or misuse;
- corrosion;
- environmental damage;
- normal wear and tear; or
- cosmetic defects arising after purchase.
7. Claims Process
To submit a claim, customers must provide:
- proof of purchase;
- vehicle details;
- photographs of the wheel;
- a description of the incident or defect; and
- any additional information reasonably requested by Loaded Wheels.
Loaded Wheels may require:
- inspection by an authorised dealer;
- return of the wheel for assessment;
- expert assessment; or
- additional supporting information.
Claims will not be assessed until all reasonably requested information has been provided.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law which cannot be excluded.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits provided under Loaded Adventure Protection are in addition to any rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Limitation of Program Benefits
To the extent permitted by law, Loaded Wheels is not responsible for costs or losses that are not expressly covered by this Program, including:
- vehicle recovery costs;
- accommodation expenses;
- loss of use;
- loss of income;
- replacement vehicle costs;
- business interruption losses; or
- other indirect or consequential losses.
10. General
Loaded Wheels reserves the right to:
- inspect all products subject to a claim;
- determine eligibility under this Program;
- require reasonable evidence in support of a claim; and
- amend these Terms and Conditions for future purchases.
Any amendment will not affect claims relating to products purchased before the amendment takes effect.
