At Neta Tires & Wheels, manufacturer and distributor of Loaded Wheels, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and explains our return process for products purchased via our website.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

All purchases from Neta Tires & Wheels are protected under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

  • Is faulty, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality

  • Doesn’t match the description or sample provided

  • Doesn’t perform as advertised or promised

These rights apply regardless of store policy and cannot be excluded.


Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes, plans change. If you’ve purchased the wrong size or no longer need the wheels, we accept change of mind returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover handling and processing

  • Original freight costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

  • Custom, special order, or clearance items are non-returnable

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged or faulty

  • You have received the wrong product

To report an issue:

  • Include: Photos and a detailed description of the issue

We will assess the claim in line with Australian Consumer Law and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

If we’ve sent the wrong item or your order is damaged in transit, we will:

  • Cover all return shipping costs

  • Arrange a prompt resolution

Important Notes:

  • All returns must be authorised prior to sending

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing


Fitment Guarantee

We guarantee fitment on all wheels sold through our website when fitted to standard, unmodified vehicles.

This guarantee is void if:

  • Your vehicle has been modified and you have not notified us in writing (with confirmation of receipt)

  • The modifications were not clearly stated in your order

We are not responsible for tyres scrubbing against guards. Fitment issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.


Wheel Modifications & Road Legality

Changing wheels may affect the road legality of your vehicle. It is your responsibility to check with local road and traffic authorities to ensure your modifications are legal.

Neta Tires & Wheels is not liable for any legal issues arising from wheel modifications.

  • Images on our website are for illustration purposes only

  • Actual product may vary in colour, bolt pattern (PCD), dish or lip width, and concave depth
