WHY LOADED

YOUR TYRES ARE BUILT FOR THE LOAD. ARE YOUR WHEELS?

Most four-wheel drivers upgrade from factory-fitted passenger tyres to LT (Light Truck) construction tyres before heading offroad.

Why?

Because LT tyres are built tougher. Stronger sidewalls, reinforced construction and higher load capacity help them handle the extra weight, rough terrain and punishment of touring, towing and off-road driving.

So why should your wheels be any different?

Just as LT tyres provide additional strength and durability over passenger tyres, Loaded wheels are engineered to provide the strength and load-carrying capability that modern touring and towing setups demand.

It’s not about changing what your wheel does. It’s about upgrading what it can handle.

OVERLOADING

It’s Easier to Overload Your Wheels Than You Think

Your tyres tell you exactly how much load they can carry — it’s stamped right on the sidewall

Factory wheels are designed for a vehicle in standard trim and carry no visible load rating at all. Unless the manufacturer publishes it, there’s often no way to know what they’re designed to handle. Most drivers simply assume that factory-fitted means fit for purpose.

Then you add the gear*:

  • Canopy: Up to 500kg
  • Ute tray: 250-400kg
  • Bull Bar: 60-100kg
  • Winch: 20-30kg
  • Fridge & slide: 30-60kg

Those additions alone can quickly add more than 1,000kg. Then you hook up a boat, caravan or trailer and the load increases again.

Suddenly, your vehicle is carrying far more weight than it left the showroom with.

That’s why wheel load rating matters.

You wouldn’t trust an unrated tyre, why trust an unrated wheel?

* Weights are estimates only and may vary by brand and products

LOAD RATING

MAX LOAD 1675KG. WHERE’s THE PROOF?

MAX LOAD 1675KG is stamped on the back of every Loaded wheel, so you can see its load-carrying capacity for yourself.

That’s up to 1,675kg per wheel of independently tested load-carrying capacity, giving you confidence when touring, towing and tackling demanding terrain.

No assumptions. No guesswork. Just strength you can verify.

FLOW FORM TECHNOLOGY

PREMIUM STRENGTH. EXCEPTIONAL VALUE.

Built for the Demands of Australian Off-Roading

Loaded wheels are engineered using advanced Flow Form Technology, delivering many of the strength and weight benefits of a forged wheel without the premium price tag.

During manufacturing, the wheel is spun at high speed while specialised rollers compress and shape the aluminium barrel. This process strengthens the metal’s grain structure, creating a wheel that is stronger, lighter and more impact resistant than a conventional cast wheel.

Why It Matters Off-Road

Whether you’re tackling rocky tracks, corrugations, towing a caravan or touring with a fully loaded vehicle, your wheels are constantly under stress.

Flow Form Technology helps Loaded wheels deliver:

  • Greater impact resistance on harsh terrain
  • Increased strength for towing, touring and heavy accessories
  • Enhanced durability on corrugations and rough tracks
  • Better resistance to off-road damage and fatigue

Premium Performance. Outstanding Value.

Many premium wheel brands charge significantly more for wheels offering similar manufacturing technology and load ratings.

Loaded wheels are designed to give four-wheel drivers the best of both worlds - serious off-road strength and premium styling at a price that represents exceptional value for money.

OFFSETS

AUSTRALIAN OFFSETS. BETTER FITMENT.

Australian-owned Loaded wheels are engineered with offsets specifically selected for Australian 4x4s and utes.

From towing caravans across the country to navigating city streets, work sites and remote tracks, Loaded wheels are designed around the vehicles Australians drive and the fitments they demand.

By focusing on Australian vehicle applications from the outset, Loaded delivers the stance, clearance and performance 4x4 owners expect.

When fitted correctly with the appropriate tyre package, Loaded wheels provide confidence on and off the road while complementing the unique requirements of the Australian market.
